If you are not satisfied with an accessory product sold by the PDA Repair World Store for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) if returned within 30 days of delivery. There is no re-stocking fee.

Misshipped or Defective Products
If your product is defective at the time of delivery, or you received the wrong item, please email or call (888) 867-8056 with details. We will email or mail you a free UPS Return Label to use for returning the merchandise and send you out a replacement product at no cost.
Outside of the 30 day return window
If your product becomes defective after the 30 day return policy, please email or call (888) 867-8056 for warranty details. Each manufacturer offers different warranty periods (ranging from six months to lifetime) and procedures. You will be responsible for all shipping charges on warranty replacements.
Electronic Software Returns
Software purchases are generally not returnable, so please take advantage of the trial edition of the software (if available). A full refund will be granted for downloadable software within 30 days of purchase for:
- Defective software
- Software not received due to our error
- Duplicate Purchases
Return and Exchange Policy For Repair Services
Terms and Conditions:
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days from when the products are delivered. Returns must be received by a PDArepairworld.com employee within 15 days of receiving an RMA number.
- All products must be received in new, resalable condition. The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This is analogous to paying for gas to drive a product back to the store you bought it from. Packages that arrive 'COD' or 'Postage Due' will be refused.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. A larger restocking fee may be deducted if the returned merchandise is not resalable. The 15% restocking fee may be waived if an exchange for a similarly priced item is desired.
- Packages refused by the customer will be restocked with a 20% fee deducted from the refund. In addition, any postage due or brokerage fees associated with recovering a refused package will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping charges are not refundable once an order has shipped.
- Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number on the outside of the shipping container. Email rma@PDArepairworld.com to receive an RMA number. Please include your order number, your name, the product that you wish to return and a reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned at your expense.
- We may, for some items, cross-ship a replacement for an item that was DOA. In that situation we must receive the defective product back within 15 days of your being issued an RMA number or we may charge your credit card for the cost of the replacement item (plus shipping).
- Authorized returns will be processed within 7 business days of when they are delivered. Unauthorized returns and refused packages can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and may be refused or returned to you at your expense. If your return has not been processed within that time please email rma@PDArepairworld.com.

Defective Items:
If an item is DOA (or fails within the first 90 days) then please contact us at rma@PDArepairworld.com for an RMA number and we will replace the item for you. Replacement of defective items reported within 72 hours of delivery will be sent out via the shipping method originally paid for. Replacement of items that failed after that (but still during the first 90 days) will be shipped out UPS Ground.
Return Shipping instructions:
All returned items should be packed in the same manner as they were originally shipped to you. Products returned without a separate shipping box or without the original product box will be refused. You will need to write the RMA number that was issued on the outside of the shipping container (do not mark the product box) or on the shipping label. You are free to use any carrier that you choose (we recommend UPS) but we strongly suggest that you purchase Insurance and Signature Confirmation as we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during the return trip. In the event that a package is listed as 'Delivered' but cannot be found, only the signature of an PDArepairworld.com employee will suffice as proof of delivery to our warehouse.
Unclaimed Devices:
Devices in for repair left unclaimed for more than 30 days become property of PDArepairworld.com.

We strive to provide our customers with as much information as possible about the products that we sell. However, you should be aware that the pictures shown may not be of the exact products sold (although we will do our best to point out any differences). In addition, since most of the technical data on our site comes from our suppliers and from the manufacturers of the products, we cannot guarantee that it is all 100% correct as products do occasionally change after an initial shipment. Unacceptable differences must be reported BEFORE a product is used. Returns initiated on used products where details differ from those given on our site will be treated as standard returns and all policies given above regarding standard returns will apply.
